I ate quite a lot yesterday..
Breakfast: 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 can of Oolong tea at 9am
Snack: 1 banana at 11am
Lunch: Mundella Greek Yogurt, 1 bowl of leftover spinach meatball soup at 12pm
Snack: salmon sashimi, banana & grapes at 3pm
Dinner: grilled salmon with bean sprouts at 7pm
Sounds like a lot.. ?
