Steamed Mackerel for breakfast :)

I bought fresh spanish mackerel (aka Batang fish in local language), fresh Toman fillet and a bag of 4 korean apples this morning at NTUC. So for today’s breakfast, i decided to have Batang! I gave it a quick wash at the pantry and popped it into the steamer for 10 minutes after sprinkling it lightly with sea salt.

Tadah! All done and tasted really nice too, not dry at all. and its SUPER FILLING i tell you. Just 1 banana and this mackerel steak – i am full and satisfied until 1pm!

Determined to eat Paleo from now on.
