Will talk about the omelette later lol..
Today I went to NTUC to get some toiletries – and bought these as well!
Saag’s Naturals Parmesan Mushroom Chicken Sausages that are free from starch! These are expensive – $13.20, but such natural products – it’s worth the price 🙂
See the ingredients 🙂
I found eggs with omega 3 – but they are white eggs.. Same right? And I used two of them (plus 1 small egg) for my burnt omelette – guess all the omega 3 is gone then? 😦
On to tomorrow’s meals ingredients! I’m doing a mushroom omelette and stir fry chicken with celery and mushrooms haha.
Stir frying mushrooms gives off the best fragrance!!
I added some sea salt into the egg mixture before pouring it in.
Somehow while the egg was slowly taking shape, it looks different from normal eggs.. Looks more like a pancake!
Ya so I gave it more time, cos it didn’t look very ready to be flipped.. And…
I really made golden brown pancakes lol. Lucky it hasn’t gone black!!
And in it went into the container – my breakfast! I tried a piece – not very salty actually (I’m a salt lover).. But guess its healthier eh!
Celery and mushrooms!
In went the chicken! I added some Nomu Spicy chilli seasoning beforehand – u see the red specks?
Done! I love chicken breast – they are really very good as protein! I prefer it to pork!
I’ve been into Paleo diet for over a week now, and I’m thoroughly enjoying cooking my meals and working out regularly at the same time. Today I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes during lunch and it felt really nice to be able to continue running for a straight half an hour! I’ve never felt so healthy in my entire lift actually 🙂 oh and I’ve upped my speed to 8 km per hour – which is pretty ok. Yay!
