Don’t really like the idea of going backwards.

I may wanna go to my gym downstairs tonight and walk off some calories. Hubby wanna join me? There are 2 treadmills.

next month is another calorie-heavy month, with total 3 heavy meals (2 birthday lunches and 1 wedding dinner).. Shall not think too far ahead first. Plan this coming week properly first!

I’m gonna skip dinner totally this week 🙂 no soup!

Monday (tomorrow) – wholemeal bread @ 1030am, Body Combat @ 1pm, water parade @ 2pm, Naturade meal replacement @ 330pm.

Tuesday – wholemeal bread @ 1030am RPM @ 110pm, water parade @ 2pm, Naturade meal replacement @ 330pm.

Wednesday – wholemeal bread @ 1030am, brisk walking @ 1pm, water parade @ 2pm, Naturade meal replacement @ 330pm.

Thursday – wholemeal bread @ 1030am, RPM @ 110pm, water parade at 2pm, Naturade meal replacement @ 330pm.

Friday – Naturade @ 1030am, Yong Tau foo at 145pm.
